  1. Hi Kana!!! Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging sweetie!!! And what a great day to start too...I guess you won't have any trouble at all remember when your blogiversary is either :) It's so good that you're getting involved in other blogger's swaps ~ you really get to meet others when you do things like that. Another great way is after you get used to blogging, host a giveaway, nothing big, just a little something and have others post about it on their blog as an incentive to get two chances to win rather than just the one chance when they leave a comment on that post. Draw a name in about a week and mail the goodie to the winner! It's so good to have you here and I hope you enjoy blogging as much as I have. Have a great week Kana!! xxoo, Dawn

  2. Hi Kana!!

I followed your bread crumbs from Dawn's Blog :) You are off to a fine start. Dawn's suggestions are perfect and that's what I did only 4&1/2 months ago. The other thing I have found that works for me is to invite people over when I'm visiting their blogs. This works wonders, cuz not only do the owners of the blogs come by but so do others that stpped and read your comments. The other positive result is it acts like a swift kick in the a... ah you know ;) to post on your blog. You sure can't invite some one over if the cupboard is bare :) Then when you sit down to write fix a nice cup of tea and have a conversation with your best friend. Just write the way and about what you would talk about. MY friend Laurie of of Laurie's Creative Designs also encouraged me to put a counter on my blog. It really does help to keep you motivated. Then you can see that there are people coming by. Before you know it you will find you are just as addicted as the rest of us.!!

So Missy when you have a bit of time come by for a visit, I'll be sure I have a pitcher of fresh squeezed Limonada waiting :)
